Dear Altimetrik Alumni,
Having worked with Altimetrik for a year, we are concerned by your feedback. We have got out people practices validated by external bodies that a young company like Altimetrik, has set-up a transparent, fair and equitable guidelines that are level agnostic. What this means, is that, policies are equal to all.
1. Car Lease Policy is available for everyone to participate
2. Domestic and International Travel policies are common to all
3. Official log-in and log-out hours are not tracked and we are outcome driven
4. Career planning and development is focused on opportunity rotations and skill building and building employees of the future
