Displaying a concern on the web without first working with the Company to resolve it is disconcerting and hostile. As this is an anonymous report, we are not able to address the issue if the employee does not communicate his/her concerns directly and work with the Company in a constructive and professional way to resolve it. Our employees are all held to the same standards of conduct, including management. Zynex encourages all employees to communicate directly, with professionalism and respect to management and Human Resources Representatives, currently staff has 2 HR Reps available to staff, so that concerns can be addressed.

An absolute joke

Pros

Free food (terrible quality) Coworkers are nice

Cons

Pay doesn’t match cost of living. Multiple coworkers have to live over an hour away cause they can’t afford to live in city. Job should be remote or at very least hybrid but 100% in office for no good reason. If there is dangerous weather like a snow storm you are still expected to risk your safety to go into office when it could be remote. The only incentive are fake dollars that can only be used to buy zynex clothing. And the best thing that has happened so far: quarter one of 2024 this company will pull in over 47.5 million dollars and the way they decided to “reward” staff is to allow casual dress for two weeks. An absolute *expletive* joke!! This place treats its people like garbage. I have watched multiple people quit for how bad they are treated. This is another company completely content with letting people leave instead of making any adjustments. Nobody should work at zynex. They don’t deserve it.

We appreciate your detailed feedback. With regards to compensation, we continuously evaluate our packages to remain competitive. We understand the importance of remote work and flexibility, especially during inclement weather, and will review policies accordingly. As for incentives, we're exploring ways to enhance rewards for our team members. Your comments about overall treatment of employees are taken seriously. We aim to foster a supportive work environment where everyone feels valued.

Selling a device with minimal insurance covers Aspen Braces are sold through Zynex at higher price than going directly through them Micromanagement Pay is not remotely competitive to any sales job You have a small budget so you have to determine whether to sacrifice mileage/gas reimbursement for lunches to grow business
