Pros

Not a terrible hourly rate.

Cons

This company abuses health insurance loopholes to make their money. High-school level drama with management.

We appreciate receiving feedback, however, it is difficult to address an issue when the feedback contains inaccurate information. We count on employees to communicate with us and bring concerns to the surface so they can be resolved/addressed during employment. Our company works diligently to help patients so they have an option for drug-free pain relief and are dedicated to addressing the Opioid Epidemic with our products/services. When a patient‘s insurance does not cover, we provide them with an affordable solution that will allow them to continue to treat with our product. We take pride in living our mission to help patients with their pain management needs.

Pros

The health insurance was good. Better be making $20/hr. They are impressive in the realm of org development…although I don’t respect their practices.

Cons

Every single person that I was friendly with while working here has since been fired. It’s like a revolving door. The people that I would hire and want on my team were fired. Leadership does not want the people sitting behind the corporate desks to have opinions or thoughts. I was contacted on LinkedIn to be interviewed about their fraudulent billing practices. Orientation took place in a conference room. You were given swag and then asked to leave the company a 5 star review…we had been in one room and “worked” there for maybe 2 hours.

Pros

Base Salary Sales Gets Unlimited PTO You get to work relatively autonomously

Cons

There’s “unlimited” PTO… If you use any and fall behind that’s too bad. You’re put on an impossible two week PIP and then if you reach it, it ramps up again. RSL’s are not well trained in employee development and growth. So the turnover rate is astronomical and clients won’t trust you enough to give you their business . Then you get fired because you’re not pumping out high production order rates. Sales is generally a toxic environment to begin with.. This place takes the cake. Most likely stemming from their peacock of a CEO.

Thank you for your recommendations on training and development. We're trying harder everyday, but realize some people need more support than others. As you state, not only do we offer a substantial base salary to our sales people, but commissions are uncapped! We also offer a terrific batch of benefits. High performers do well at Zynex, but we realize that type of culture isn't for everyone. If it sounds like you, we'd love to see your resume!
