Pros

-Easy onboarding process and flexible hours - good med sales exposure. This helped me land my current job that I was offered and I immediately accepted.

Cons

-First off, zynex was sued during my hiring/employment for fraudulent billing to insurance companies and they never once mentioned a thing about it. (It’s all over google). And judging from the other current reviews and patient reviews, zynex is continuing to bill fraudulently. You think they’d learn the first time. - territories seem to keep getting smaller which leaves less room for business growth. - my RSM was awful. I lost count how many times I called, texted or emailed him asking for help or ideas and he’d never respond. - they hire anyone who can drive and immediately start to look for your replacement once you’re hired. I was hired the day after my very first interview. Red flag right there. -quota is unattainable after a year or so when they keep increasing it. 12-16 clinics a day is required which is just idiotic. Our territories are too small to be visiting this amount. The doctors get fed up with you because you’re always visiting and it gets dull and redundant. You’re also disrupting their practice. - zynex also demands their corporate staff to leave 5 star reviews to outnumber the 1 star reviews. - lots of turnover- base salary is well below what we deserve - just don’t work here

We're glad that you were able to leverage your work experience at Zynex to move to a role better suited to your goals. For those of you reading this, I recommend you do your own research. Zynex is not the subject of any lawsuits, and our billing practices are 100% transparent; conforming to nationally recognized licensing and accreditation standards. While clearly this reviewer was unsuccessful, we have hundreds of sales representatives who do extremely well in our uncapped commission environment. If you're driven and don't mind hard work, we'd love to meet you!

Pros

-Easy onboarding process and flexible hours - good med sales experience . Was offered a much better position and immediately took it. The pro in this being my zynex sales helped me in my next role

Cons

-Territories seem to keep getting smaller which minimises your chances for business and commission. - my RSM was terrible. I lost count how many times I would call, text, or email him and I would never get a reply. - they eliminated Medicare commissions which is a large part of everyone’s business. - most notably, Zynex got sued as I was hired/employed for fraudulent billing and they never mentioned a thing about it. (It’s all over google). And judging from the many other negative reviews as well as patient reviews, zynex is still continuing to bill insurance companies fraudulently, you’d think they’d learn the first time. - quota is also highly unattainable after a few months because your area is so small and you keep cycling thru the same clinics. 12-15 clinics a day is required and that’s just idiotic when our territories are only miles in area. It gets dull and doctors start to get annoyed with you because of how often you visit. Make the territories much larger so there’s room for growth! - they hire anyone who can drive and immediately start to look for your replacement. I was hired the day after my first interview. Red flag right there - base salary is well below what we deserve - I’ve also heard and read from other reviews that zynex requires their corporate staff to leave 5 star reviews to outnumber the 1 star reviews. - don’t work here

Zynex exists to rip people off

Pros

The only pro to working at zynex is that they provide you a very limited free lunch. That's it. Nothing else they offer is competitive or worth your time as an employee

Cons

If you want to succeed at zynex you have to work like lying to people is your dream job. They instruct you tell patients that they only have to pay $250 for their device and then charge close to $1200 per patient. They lie and rip patients off. Then they expect their employees to work overtime. Every week/weekend and shame the ones that don't. Also the group of individuals who work in patient enrollment are genuinely some of the least intelligent people I have ever worked with. Incredibly few of them are innately curious to look through the billing system they work with on a daily basis. They do not understand the amount of lies they tell on a daily basis

Thank you for providing us feedback. Contrary to your review, we strive to provide our patients and employees a 5-star experience. All of our patients are provided the details of their prescription the same day they are prescribed and nearly all have positive experiences that reduce or eliminate the use of opiates. However, we appreciate your perspective and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
