Pros

The leading tobacco manufacturer, distributor and marketer of tobacco in the USA. WIth it's three leading companies, there is always a new launch for a new product. In a weak economy, consumers don't think think twice about spending money on alcohol and tobaco. Great stock.

Cons

TOO many launches, TOO many objectives to execute on a monthly baises. The worse part being communication. Its always presented in legal terms making it frustrating to understand not only for the sales force, but also for there business partner's.

Very conservative, not open to new ideas, senior management/execs aren't always hired from within. Almost no work-life balance
