Pros

-The company invests substantially in leadership development and promoting people from within the company. The caveat is you must be able to relocate. As someone who was, I received all the resources, training, and challenging high-impact assignments I needed to continuously develop myself, and was promoted to a Unit Manager within a year. -Amazing benefits & compensation. -The people. High standards for recruitment results in a sales organization full of dynamic and high-caliber performers. You're constantly driven by your peers to put out great work.

Cons

-Declining work life balance and morale due to increasing amount of initiatives. -No deviations from a very structured corporate ladder. i.e. if you can not relocate, you will not be considered for advancement. -Lack of consistent communication and internal transparency- causes field sales employees to feel like they are 'blindly' executing without given rationale. Initiative strategies often change (i.e. you spend one cycle putting something up only to spend the next cycle tearing it down) so it is hard to balance monthly tasks with long-term planning and strategy development.
