Great people and brands. Salary and benefits are still competitive. Industry leader. You will always be challenged, thus giving you great professional growth. New leader at the helm who will breathe new life into the organization. Perks...on-site fitness facilities, company stores, cafeterias. Cultural and community involvement and philanthropy.

Cons

Decrease in some benefits and female leadership (ol' boys network). More people are leaving on their own and are finding better opportunities. Advancement opportunities in decline esp. after recent layoffs. Too risk-adverse. Organization is run by lawyers, sales and finance people.

The compensation is highest among its peers. Everyone is on a first name basis and everyone is friendly. You are treated with respect.

Cons

The promotion process does not make the most sense. They are starting to cut benefits and have down sized recently.
