everything except for paid holidays. you will be micromanaged, held to unachievable standards, bombarded with spreadsheets that need updated, bombarded with new claims up to 12new per week, they never pay anyone the same and some people are making $20,000 less than their counterparts in the same position, the technology never works and will consistently be down, you can never get an answer from AEC or IT if you need help, upper management is absolutely clueless and truly do not care about you as an employee. they hired remote workers but are now forcing people back to the office. run fast and do not work here.

Only thing I can think of is the lack of schedule flexibility. AmTrust is pretty firm on employees working full time in office. Depending on where you live and how far you are from the office, it could be hard to travel all week and look forward to driving into work everyday. I struggle with keeping my energy levels up because of this.
