Below market average pay Most departments chronically understaffed Bosses can't understand it when you won't work outside working hours Don't offer flexible working Won't listen when you explain issues are caused by poor resourcing Looking to sell UK business so aren't providing resources. IT projects often fail because basic issues with data collection are never rectified. New starters are often paid significantly more than experienced members of staff Not much room for career growth

Pros

Work is not excessive, but that based on which dept you’re in. Mostly good people. AmWell benefits. Remote/hybrid work.

Cons

Recent salary increases, but still well below market by 10k minimum. Micromanagement. Excessive audits for everyone. Fight nothing, pay everything attitude. Excessive reporting which causes high manager turnover. No tuition assistance. 401k is 3%. New bonus structure is ok, but reduces what you originally agreed to when hired. It’s also much lower than market.
