The company is so large that it’s difficult to really know anyone or who to contact with any issues or questions. Difficult systems that run slow. Limited training.

Cons

The managers are not there to help you. They basically take everything negative about you and write it in your review to make sure you aren't promoted or compensated fairly. There are too many meetings without any positive outcome. What is the point of meetings 5 /6 a month if there is not going to be a positive change?
