Co-workers are a joy to work with.

Cons

Company always talks about how well it's doing but refuse to reflect their appreciation in the paychecks of the employees. After two years of being in a pandemic and no raise or bonuses when they decided to give one it didn't reflect the rising cost of living, increase in gas and other things such as daycare. The option to work from home was only an option for select people instead of company wide. It took Covid forcing the decision and presenting the opportunity to be able to do so.

A large business with a opportunity to become better for customers and colleagues. Investing in new technology and recruitment underway to ensure departments are to headcount.

Cons

Insisting on working three days in office is not needed for most due to admin roles.
