Pros

AmTrust encourages the work life balance, learning, and advancement. The AmWell program is pretty awesome. It is a great resource for almost anything, depending how you set it up to benefit yourself.

Cons

The onboarding is a long process and it can be difficult getting help from I.T. for initial set-up, and putting in the correct ticket in order to get the proper help is most often difficult. I would prefer human help versus an email with instructions to get a pop-up to contact I.T.
