Company holidays and PTO are competitive with the rest of the industry

Little to no opportunity for career growth, little to no pay increases, little to no bonuses, consistently increasing expectations, instructed to act as if everything is wonderful when execs show up at the office for unnecessary meetings instead of communicating the reality, company refusal to pay for employee development courses, numerous statements made by mgmt. about things that would happen but then did not
