It's ok, not the best but not the worst but I'd work there again.

Cons

Micromanagement is not ok but it's a job. The pay is below market and they pile claims on you.

They are hiring always I imagine. People are friendly to each other. Lots of work, too much. They pay you money.

Cons

Terrible management structure, understaffed, overworked, no acknowledgement of issues or impacts on the daily job and how it affects workers.
