      Management is like your family. Work life balance is exceptional. Pay range is good.

      Benefits are expensive and coverage not as well as other plans I have had in the past.

      Decent pay, good benefits, great colleagues

      Cons

      If you are salaried and you choose not to essentially live there while constantly going above and beyond and way outside your job description, you're viewed very poorly.

      Good Company, several great supervisors
