Poor pay , recent reorg terrible

Pros

It used to be a great community , they still have low pay but the work life balance and overtime was a plus along with out hybrid schedules.

Cons

Recent Reorganization has displaced people in departments that they never signed up for, ignored peoples passions and skills and threw people to totally different jobs it was like they pulled names out of a hat. All with no pay increase.

Despite being a large company, in many aspects AmTrust operates a bit like a start-up. You can have a big impact on the success of the company. Great work environment. Tons of growth and advancement opportunities. AmTrust holidays (a ton of paid holidays) are incredible

Cons

No real "cons". Benefits and PTO are average. With growth comes a lot of change which is good if you're someone who can be flexible.
