Pros

Great place to work, people are great. Recently switched to a Scrum/Agile methodology for their software releases which is good for industry standards,

Cons

Still figuring out how to be such a large company. Not a lot of communication from the top down.

Pros

Rapid advancement Autonomy Good Direct Manager Work from Home Work Travel

Cons

As indicated by the press release, this company will sell you out to make a quick buck. No loyalty shown to employees who have tenure. Incompetent management at the middle level and too much information is compartmentalized.

Worst place to work

Pros

Hard workers at mid level down. Good benefits. If you are Jewish you will get preferential treatment.

Cons

Leaders are egotistical and live in ivory towers (have separate lunch rooms and meeting rooms -I am not joking), work life balance is horrible, little recognition, poor integrity, lack of structured training/job objectives/feedback. It’s a company that is so backwards that it can’t recognize or keep good talent. Our department has no clue what is beyond the next week. No vision.
