Pros

> Balanced focus on both short and long term revenue and profit objectives without the usual public company pressure from Wall Street > Strong family centric leadership not afraid to let good morality and ethical values play a part in management > AmTrust a unusually good balance between sensitivity for ESG and Diversity without compromising on merit-driven opportunities and growth.

Cons

While not a public company, there is the unavoidable level of unnecessary bureaucracy and, at times, while moving too quickly to drive the efficiency and common sense policy as a priority.
