      Pros

      lots of opportunities to grow as the company is always growing.

      Cons

      Remote workers are being pushed out and all computers in certain branches of the company have spyware to track you working and what applications you use and how often you're typing. Not a concern if you're working hard but don't expect to step away or "work quickly" . you're expected to be present.

      A company that actually cares

      Pros

      Everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming to new hires. The atmosphere is collaborative and management really works with you to make sure you have everything you need to be successful in your new role. It's incredible to be treated like a human by such a large corporation.

      Cons

      Health insurance premiums are expensive, but there is an employee (and covered spouse) wellness program which awards discounts for participation.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Good time off (Jewish holidays included). Nice environment. Productive atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not much communication with AmTrust directly so not sure on any specific cons but maybe they could have more of a presence within the sub companies.
