I enjoy my role and i like everyone who i work with, I think the company is generous with the events (e.g Christmas party, summer party, quarterly events) i think it is good to spend time with your colleagues outside of work,

Cons

I dislike how long the quizzes take every month and when we get sent numerous at once, It can be hard to squeeze these quizzes in whilst managing your workload but they are more manageable when they are audio or video explained.

Pros

The onboarding process was seamless. Coming from a smaller company, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of information that is available at your fingertip. In addition, training and growth resources are also available to help you grow professional and personal.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything negative. I hope to grow and retire with Amtrust.

Pros

AmTrust is such nice environment. Everyone on my teams wants to see you succeed. Because of that, I have not been afraid to ask questions or feel that I am asking a "stupid question". Benefits are nice and the growth opportunities are there.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons to the company.
