Coworkers were very helpful and were willing to work as a team. Benefits were decent.

Cons

Some managers expect excellence for little recognition, and trust with management was also an issue, which caused low moral and many exits in our department.

Days off, work from home capabilities, I think upper management means well

Cons

Not being ‘in the loop’, constantly on edge about potential lay-offs, some managers/supervisors aren’t permitted to manage their own staff or make decisions with asking someone else if OK, lots of micromanagers
