Pros

The support, information/benefits, as well as training is FANTASTIC! A bit overwhelming at first, but once you go through what is expected it actually helps with the onboarding process.

Cons

The technical side of the onboarding needs some work. It didn't take long to get supplies such as computers, monitors, etc; however, to get the systems and logins situated it definitely took too much time to get up and running!
