Great culture and coworkers, but high micromanagement

Great office culture. Direct management and coworkers have always been great. Pay is decent.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from upper management, extensive micromanagement. In office 4 days a week when originally hired as hybrid with two wfh days.

Hired as a remote employee and now RTO 4x a week. Working in an office with no one from my team or even division.
