Workload is heavy, bonuses are few and far between, don't expect fast promotions, definitely headed back to five days in office, only way to get proper payment is to receive a competitive offer

Pros

Amtrust is a great place to work and a great company. They really invest in their employees' growth and promote from within the company. They offer generous Amtrust holidays and I have had a great experience working for the staff counsel in NJ for the last five and a half years. Salaries are generous as well.

Cons

Health benefits could be a bit better but they offer several options.
