*You can take time off when you need to *If you suck up to the right people you wont need to be a strong employee

Cons

*High turnover which means the adjusters are being reassigned large bulk transfers *Management are pathological liars who *Management is not transparent and won't show you how your numbers compare to others. They hide this because then you will see how they have their "faves" and give them less work *Lack of diversity *Office politics makes it difficult to just do your job *The department is led by women who tend to gossip

There are many pros. Our department does a great job assisting UW in selecting quality risks and identifying undesirable risks. We help our customers in the areas of safety and loss prevention.

Management is one of the best I've seen in the Title Industry. Benefits are excellent. Work life balance and caring for the employees.

Cons

Honestly, I am sure there are some, but I don't have any to list at this time.
