      Pros

      AmTrust offers many benefits from health and dental to paid time off and an abundance of paid holidays. They provide a program with opportunities for employees to save on benefits and participate in healthy activities. There are several avenues for employee support depending on the issue. I have never had the work/life balance I have with AmTrust.
