The pay is not bad.

Cons

It’s a sweatshop like nothing I have ever seen before. Upper management is ruthless. Expectations and workload are you are not expected to have a life outside of work. Belittled and abused. Miserable place. Run!

Friendly coworkers made it bearable

Cons

Started out fine but the stuffed the entire team in bonuses and raises, except one person that got a 1.1% (you read that correctly) raise. They then laid off the majority of the team 6 months later.
