AmTrust offers a host of company specific holidays to further give staff time with their friends and family throughout the year.
Cons
Standard 6% 401k match is somewhat lackluster when compared to competing insurers. Even at a high performing company, work/life balance can still be a challenge if one has trouble with time management. Staffing can be challenging and watching your peers leave can hurt morale. Outside firms/recruiters have noted that some struggles have resulted in negative commentary.
