Good life / work balance Getting a clear steer from manager on career path and how to achieve it Very good pay compared to peers elsewhere Flat structure making for fast decision making and lots of autonomy for underwriters Lots of social events and opportunities to netwrok with other teams Feels very entrepreneurial and 'can do' particularly when involved in M&A activity

Cons

3 days a week in office might not suit everyone Doesnt seem very structured - we can bounce around between projects which some people would find difficult

Management is receptive to idea and always looking to find ways to improve. Leadership communicates looks for employee feedback regarding any changes they are thinking about or have put in place. Excellent Benefits Promote Work Life Balance
