It's a job and there's a lot to learn up front. But plenty of opportunity to learn!

Cons

Mentorship is hard to get and utilize but it is there. You really have to show your interest and be persistent, people are busy.

Hybrid office schedule and nice office buildings.

Cons

This might not be a con for all offices but it was definitely a con for mine. The the majority of the lady management seemed like just a bunch of means girls in high school that rolled over into their adult office management roles. They liked who they liked and if they had a problem with you, then you were done. Claims are claims, you’ll never catch up but the micromanagement of this place can drive you to insanity which it nearly did. There is no work life balance here. Barely any quality of life. If you’ve got a strong stomach and a superior drive then this place is fine.
