I am utterly amazed and in awe of how AmTrust is a company that cares about their employees and their overall well-being. AmWell is such a great program and everyone I have come in contact with has been so welcoming.

Everyone has been super helpful. Location is fantastic. Can work from home 3 days a week.

Cons

There is room for improvement for the computer system since it's slow sometimes.

Pros

As a new employee, there was nice onboarding, benefits, company information that feels like a more mature mid size company. There is also a more small company spirit in the problems that need to be solved, and how to solve them.

Cons

There is a lack of leadership transparency and silos of businesses and cliques of people that creates a lower trust environment, particularly outside of my business unit.
