      Used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Over the last few years senior leadership has driven this place into the ground. High risk of burnout, unrealistic goals and expectations, increased workload with decreased support, etc.

      RTO is absurd and I'm getting out ASAP

      Loss of flexibility and trust with mandatory RTO Lower pay than market Office location change quadrupling soon
