Nice time off calendar but poor management and staffing issues

Good PTO policy and you’re able to set your preferred work hours (with limitations)

Cons

How often you move your mouse is track, under staffed legal offices that higher ups refuse to staff more, general disregard for how much work assistants do by upper management, poorly organized centralization and consistently growing work load with minimal raises (2% unless you get a promotion)

people you interactive daily are great, very motivated and welcoming

Cons

leadership is tone def - force in office 4 days a week when its more productive to work from home - the office internet is garbage

Amtrust povides opportunities to gain experience and develop problem-solving skills. If you’re self-sufficient and willing to navigate challenges on your own, you can grow professionally.

Cons

I’ve been with the company for nearly two years, and in that time, I’ve witnessed three rounds of layoffs. It doesn’t feel like a place where you can get too comfortable, as job security seems uncertain.
