flexible with my schedule so I can go back to school friendly environment and coworkers chill supervisor

i think the pay structure needs to be over hauled. i get basically an inflation adjustment every year but it's hardly enough to cover comfortable living expenses. even though i have gotten a raise each year i'm still making the same as new employees even though i have been here for 5 years
