-ample parking -family oriented environment -understanding people -Patient while training you -Travel Perks -Owners of the company work next door( literally next door) to your desk.

Cons

-tests during training and if you didn't pass they let you go (fire you). -gossip spreads quickly in this building, but that's what you get in an environment gathering family oriented vibes. -
