Ama should be very good to its employees and have its own hiring team like other river european companies otherwise it wont be able to find en employee in a few years.

Great place to work, owners so personally engaged with and invested in the business and all its employees. Really does have a family feel and full of lovely people.

Cons

Possibly a level of inertia brought about by the family vibe as so many people have stayed with the business so long, but as the company grows they are addressing this.
