Clients are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Good luck getting paid on time. They have you take a 10hr training course which they won't pay you for unless you remind them. Getting hours when promised 40 is nearly impossible. The clients are amazing and its not their fault. The company's approach to new hires is extremely unprofessional.

The only thing I liked about this job was my client.

Cons

*I was promised more hours- never happened *I was promised pay raise after 90 days- never happened *I lost hours as a direct result of COVID-19, followed their instructions, applied for unemployment and was awarded benefits, Amada appealed and won, and I was fired shortly thereafter. *I drove 100 miles 3 times a week and they didn’t pay travel time or mileage *I was constantly being wrote up for ridiculous reasons (without a chance to leave comments but of course they could) and never given the opportunity to explain myself

The pros I would say are the clients and there families you get to help and work with

Cons

Only con is they expect you to give a two weeks notice to have off if your sick and that’s pretty hard to do because no one knows when there gonna wake up sick. So you have to go into work sick
