Clients were very nice,pay is ok

Cons

Kept getting hoarder houses,that had feces everywhere and mounds of dirty dishes.Plus there is only part-time work...and usually very far away from ur home.

Highest pay rate from a home care based company Uniforms provided Good on boarding process Higher standards and more professionalism than most home care companies

Cons

Home care (in general) = sucky job Bi weekly pay Lack of communication and disconnect between staff and employees in the field Your well being is not a priority Nearly impossible to build a stable schedule Advertised as full-time/ part-time but this is a PIER DIEM JOB.
