They are going through a huge change in management and if you are not meeting a certain number of Phone calls every hour despite what is happening during your shift you are getting written up. They tell you it doesn't go into your employment record but they want you to sign it.Heavy micromanaging

Pros

Hard working, friendly dedicated employees. Good medical and dental insurance plans. Can easily get to work from westchester and putnam county New York.

Cons

Your work culture is only as good as your immediate supervisor. Power trips prevail. Form versus substance dictates the culture, very superficial. Salaries are substandard as they attempt to get the most out of staff for the least.

Worst system to work with. Work overload. No advancement.. worst management, VP in finance especially. Bunch of non educated people running the company and HR could care less. Discrimination at all time high. Bad customer service., just read the reviews
