Pros

Lots of opportunities to advance. Can be very challenging and rewarding working with a team to achieve goals. You have the opportunity to work with many different people and to enhance the experience of thousands of guests every day! Capturing the moments of fun and excitement every day can really make it an enjoyable experience.

Cons

Hours of work very due to the Theme Park atmosphere. Some lack of accountability from management causes team to lose moral. Team members call in and cause others to have to cover the slack. Pay structure is below other employers in area.

Fast-paced environment. Plenty of work to do. Good social environment in theme parks.

Cons

Poorly staffed departments. No set standards and policies. Too much patchwork instead of fixing issues encountered. No real opportunities for professional growth. Company's mindset does not include taking care of employees. Very low pay.
