      Pros

      The fact is I make more than a lot of other paralegals with my experience. You get as much responsibility as you can chew on. Lots of interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company is so big that you spend more time figuring out what's going on and whether or not it's even your work to own. Experience is highly dependent on individual team. Salary info is not transparent.

      Good experience, lots of resources, smart and talented coworkers, casual work environment

      Cons

      Too much red tape (approvals required for even the smallest decisions), very rigid (especially with promotions), not as many perks as other tech companies and pay is lower than other tech companies
