      - Looks great on my resume, opened a lot of doors. - Learned a lot.

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership in legal. - Very little room for growth for non-attorneys. - Below market pay for contract managers (about 30-40% less)

      The sign on bonus is great but it Bottoms out after 4 years.

      Cons

      After 4 years you need to leave otherwise new, lower-level employees will be making at least 10k more than you in base.
