Pros

Lots of entry level and college graduate options

Cons

You get stuck at L3 or 4 once you get in. Only way for promotion is to leave and come back unless you want to spend 5 years in the same role before looking at moving up. Pay rate is good for entry level, but again, there are no incentives to stay because yearly raises are crap and promotions are difficult to get. In this economy you need to be getting a good pay raise every year in order to keep up with cost of living. Not gonna happen here.
