Pros
Great company with good pay and benefits. A couple of things I loved being part of was shutdown support to other sites and training.
Cons
Depending on the building. The work load, responsibilities, issues, and communication can be tiresome after awhile. Along with the census of ownership for your development with the possibility of your manager not being much help. Adding to your plate.
