Pros
The work as an Amazon S.M.a.R.T. is rarely boring or monotonous, as there's a lot of variety in the work to be done. The income I receive from Amazon is hands-down the best income I've ever earned, and because of it and regular pay increases following annual reviews, I strongly feel my work and expertise is appreciated. Finally, the benefits(medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc) have been excellent, if not the best, then definitely in the top 3 I've ever received from an employer.
Cons
I don't know how work scheduling is done at other locations, but the scheduling is pretty awful at my site. I won't go into detail, as it may give away which site is mine(apologies).
