Pros

Consistent schedule learn warehouse process.

Cons

UPT is not reasonable as if you have a legitimate reason for being absent it is still held against you and you loose your job. My days were Medically excused and yet I was let go due to I got negative upt. They say they are for their employees and i was let go for reasons that any real company would have considered.

Pros

Stock, lots of career opportunities, interesting projects. If you want to create and build your career Amazon welcomes you. Best for young singles or if one parent stays home.

Cons

Very low humanity. Hundreds of narcissistic managers, very much like the Hunger Games. Will push you out if you’re sick or have family crisis.

Pros

Learn new things, Challenging, Big company, Good equipment A lot of online resources to learn and try hands on. Review system seems good for career development.

Cons

Abusive culture, unbelievable overtime (heard that one of the colleagues work over 24 hours contentiously) Your colleague will yell at you leave earlier than him.
