Pros

You get the leaves what you earned without any hassle. Insurance is so good. When you reach level 4. You get shares of Amazon

Cons

It's little hard to work with some managers, who come from small companies. Implementing all the unnecessary micro managements which are in other companies and make work a difficult one to do.

Pros

Lot of IJP. Gain lot of experience .Learn about different things while working .Amazon experience counts when you look for new job. I ended up visiting doctor for my depression and anxiety

Cons

Micromanagement BLR site is crap.( HYD was very good) Management doesn't give as damn. No work life balance( i ended up work visiting doctor for my depression and anxiety) Some employee get preference by management Low pay if you change position via IJP
