      Managment isn't great

      Pros

      -Friendly coworkers -OT available -Pay holidays

      Cons

      They do not have good management. The supervisor wouldn't keep us updated on what changes around here. They stall on your pay when you get moved into another department taking forever to pay you what you need and nit pick everything you do to stop you from getting your pay. Then HR they don't help when it's needed and take forever to handle a situation.

      Ever changing priorities, lack of recognition, organized chaos, not competitive return to office “hybrid” options. There is one “one size fits all” option.

      reasonable wlb and compensation in Boston area.

      Cons

      Hire to fire, as what happened in all the Amazon subsidiaries. New hire is usually the victim.
