Management is a total BS. Very small office space and if not in a exec position,get ready to be berated even for making a small mistake.I think treating people like this provides very little leeway for improvement and innovation.would never like to work here again. Also no work life balance.Just take the money and leave. Everyone is terrified of being ranked too low and being put into a performance improvement plan which is a sure shot way to fire someone.

Good people leaver this place due to their lack of COMMUNICATIONS and poor review raises. They give you a sign on bonus and hold it against in the future to not give you a raise. They are very disrespectful if you are not management. That is the problem right there management. Blind leading the bind. The manufacturing floor are treated as slaves with no APPRECIATION. Watch after I wrote this you will see someone inside there counter to what I wrote. Amazon I bet you know who this is writing this. Please Glass door do not ask me for anymore opinions of this place.
