Pros

- Highly process driven - Defined on-boarding plan - Tools to learn and increase skills - Focus on productivity versus mundane tasks

Cons

- Collaboration and isolated work environment. Everyone seems a bit busy to talk and help new team members understand culture, team goals and expectations. On the flip side, every information you need to be successful is documented and easily accessible.
